Home Comfort Solutions Heating and Air LLC in Sugar Hill, GA

We were getting the run around from our former HVAC company giving us quotes that were not close to reality. It's sickening how greedy some companies are. It's annoying to see how much they make profit wise while we are struggling to stay afloat. They suggested installing a new refrigerant line set outside of the house. Stating that they have put refrigerant in the unit. All the absurd explanations have been verified by the new HVAC Home Comfort Solutions Company. Jeffrey the owner of the company was very positive from beginning to end. They immediately understood the seriousness of the situation and prioritized accordingly. We have no words to thank Jeffrey who took the time to try to find the leak by doing the analysis with nitrogen at 341 psi for 35 minutes and found no leak. This test was repeated 3 times to make sure there was no leak. We were extremely thrilled with the Services that Home Comfort Solutions has provided to my home especially in this harsh winter that we are experiencing in Atlanta. We are thankful that we have such a Responsible, Professional, Honest, and Dependable service. Thank you for a job well done!!

We HIGHLY recommend this company. They have taken such great care of us. They are quick to respond and always give us straightforward answers. Jeff and DJ are super knowledgeable and friendly. You won't be disappointed by choosing this company.

Top notch service! The technician was thorough and efficient. He explained the process, his findings, and what to expect in future service calls. Highly recommend.

Our 21 year old HVAC unit just stopped working right before Christmas weekend. Home Comfort Solutions was able to come through with a great deal, financing, and install all before Christmas. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new unit in one day. The best Christmas present for our house and family. The installation crew went well above and beyond so we would have a cozy warm holiday. I highly recommend Home Comfort Solutions and all their services.

Upon returning from a 10 day vacation our AC wasn't cooling properly and was barely effective the next day. A friend who is a long time neighbor recommended Home Comfort Solutions and I called them. Andy came the next morning and after testing determined what was needed. The evaporator needed to be replaced and they were able to get part and install it by mid-afternoon the next day. Throughout the process we were kept informed and Home Comfort Solutions was very professional in all of our interactions. We are very happy and cool customers!
